The Utopicus space has been designed by architects and interior designers Ellen Rapelius and Mónica Torner, who took as a common thread the majestic buildings, the parks and the cultural heritage of Avinguda Diagonal.
This source of inspiration is visible not only in the materials used, but also in the vegetation of the terrace, in the design of the meeting rooms, and in all the details that make up the space.

The building has a wide and flexible retail space, with a façade over 18m wide on Avinguda Diagonal, an unbeatable location in one of Barcelona’s main commercial axes.
The retail space consists of the Ground floor and Floor -1, and is connected by a main staircase and an elevator.
The free height of the premises is 3.40 m.
